Lyapunov stability of generalized ribosome flows*

چکیده

In this paper we show that a wide class of compartmental systems with bounded capacities called generalized ribosome flow models are stable an entropy-like logarithmic Lyapunov function known from the theory nonnegative and reaction networks. The stability proof uses kinetic representation model earlier approaches applied for input-to-state analysis networks time-varying rates. results valid not only mass action type but also more general Illustrative examples given to qualitative dynamical properties simple models.
